This is the dress Claire wore home from the hospital. It was one of my mom's dresses when she was a baby. I love this dress- the color and style are so cute! Who knew it would be back in style so many years later.
Kate has talked for months about Claire's birthday. She really wanted to have a party for her so we got cupcakes and had a party! Kate even got to blow out the candle for Claire. It was pretty cute!

Kate helped me give Claire her first bath. Kate did such a great job being gentle and helping wash her off and put lotion on her.
Kate has done an amazing job! We've had our moments, but overall she's excited that Claire is here. The other night Claire was crying and woke Kate up. Kate said, "Why is Claire so mad? Why is she so loud? When will her stop?"
Claire is doing great! The last couple of nights she's slept really well. She's nursing like a champ and is a pretty content.

I love the photos. You and Matt are great parents. Wonder what Claire was telling Grammie? I would like more photos of 'my' piggies, please. Please ask Kate to gently do piggy market for Nonnie. The aqua dress is adorable on her. I can't remember but it seems that Aunt Dell made that dress? Of course as you said "it was a long time ago". :) My memory isn't what it once was, but I do remember that I love you and yours bunches. Can't wait to hug y'all. Group hug, please.
